I am a yoga & meditation teacher, mindful lover, slow-living & nature obsessed human. I find joy in helping my students connect to themselves, to help them drop the stresses and expectations of daily life to regulate their nervous system and feel a sense of calm.

Trying to navigate modern life – well it’s stressful. I know all about this stress more than I’d care to admit, and now it’s my life’s objective to help myself stay grounded and calm. I love sharing my favourite rituals, practices and teachings and things I have learnt or am learning along the way to help you too feel grounded and calm.
