Grounding Meditation
A grounding meditation is one of my most favourite meditations and one I would teach often in yoga classes. It’s the perfect place to start. I believe so many people need more grounding in their life, to move away from the busyness of their mind.
This meditation can be beneficial to do first thing in the morning, but also I find it most powerful and impactful as a ‘top up’ meditation later in the day, around lunch time or early afternoon. A beautiful pause between your day and ensuring you release the build up of stress throughout the day, which is going to positively impact your evening, stress levels and how you fall asleep.
