Welcome to episode 21 of the Inner Calm Podcast.

In this episode I am diving into the concept of an existential crisis, sharing my own experience and what has helped me the most. Then diving into 3 tips for you to implement within your own life to help you navigate your own existential crisis.

If you notice your existential crisis is spinning out of control I always recommend the support of a trained professional. I also link to episode 20. One Q to Ask to Stop Negative Spiral

Diving into 3 tips to help you navigate your own existential crisis.

  1. Ditch the big picture thinking and focus on what feels good or fun right now.
  2. Practice gratitude. (I am definitely going to be diving into a episode specifically for this soon!)
  3. Give meaning to this moment.

I also share the exciting news of my upcoming Meditation & Mindfulness eCourse, I ran this in January this year and am so excited for another round coming soon. So keep your eyes peeled for that.

In the mean time join me for my FREE From Overwhelm to Calm Challenge. We dive into 4 rituals over 4 days to help you clear the noise within your mind and connect to your own inner calm – regardless of what is occurring outside of you. Yes it is possible. This challenge is easy, it’s fun, it’s simple.

We start on Monday 28th September and there’s a private Facebook community that you can be apart of. Don’t forget to sign up for the challenge here: https://maddisonvernon.com/challenge
