My meditation and mindfulness workshops are designed to improve employee wellbeing, particularly job satisfaction and emotional exhaustion. All to help your employees develop more compassionate, and resiliency to move through life and adversity with stability and calm. This leads on to impact and benefit your workplace by:

  • An increase in health and wellbeing and reducing anxiety, stress and depression
  • Reducing number of absenteeism days and presenteeism. Presenteeism accounts for a loss of 1/3 of productivity
  • Improving compassion and resilience, therefore improving relationships in the office and how employees respond in difficult situations
  • Keeping employees sharp, and how to minimise distractions, particularly in the 24/7 news cycle and to differentiate levels of importance within their work.
  • Enhancing their creativity, by producing a state of relaxation to help look at problems different, using divergent thinking to consider the widest range of potential solutions



This workshop runs for 60 minutes.

  • 30 minutes interactive talk focusing on a core principles Meditation 101
  • 20 minutes guided meditation
  • 10 minutes shared discussion and reflection time
