Have you ever been afraid to ask for more of what you want? You seem to think that you already have so much that you love in your life, so maybe you aren’t deserving of more?
I’ve been thinking about this concept a lot lately. I keep feeling like my life is so good, how could I possibly ask for more? How could I possibly believe that I deserve more? Am I worthy of it?
That inner voice, my ego says to me ‘you should be happy with what you’ve got’.
Desire statements have been with me as long as my favourite rose quartz necklace has. My clients love crafting desire statements to help them achieve, reach and manifest what they want in your life. I do too!
This process started out as something that I learnt from Gabrielle Bernstein. Somewhere along the way it has become so engrained in who I am and apart of what I teach. I’ve taught it in my group coaching programs, at my in person workshops and speak about it a little with my 1-1 clients. Truth be told, my coaching is more reserved for the action of truly helping these desires come true.
Let me give you the run down on what desire statements are, why I love them and how they can help you. I’ve also created a really cool worksheet to help you craft your own desire statement which I provide to my workshop groups.
Okay so beautiful, I get it, you WANT to start a meditation practice. You know all the benefits of having a regular meditation practice in your life. But still for some reason you can’t quite close your eyes and do it.
This is why I am going to be taking about the most common road blocks that are getting in your way to creating a regular meditation practice in your life. The good news it’s going to be short, simple and to the point. The bad news it’s kind of going to leave you with no excuses to not meditate. But reallty, there are worse things to happen.
Nothing gets me more excited than speaking to a room full of women who are eager and ready to shift the conversation that they are having with themselves to a more loving and kinder dialogue. Okay, some things get me more excited like going wake boarding all day, and freshly painted nails, but this is pretty high on my list of life.
Seriously speaking a message from my heart to women who seriously need to hear this message, which at last count was practically everyone – myself included at times is something that gets me so high on life.
I’m guessing you’ve stumbled across this page because you are either wondering ‘seriously what the hell does a life coach do’ because you are thinking about becoming a coach yourself. Alternatively you are feeling the pull to work with a coach but you aren’t quite sure what you will get out of the experience, because at first glance it can be a lot of money, for what exactly?
It’s okay I’ve totally had that thought, not to mention, is this a real job? Yes, yes it is and it’s powerful work. Or don’t I have to have everything figured out to help people? You actually don’t, it’s not about what I know it’s about helping you see what you already know and giving you some nudges along the way 😉
If you are seeking to find out more about becoming a coach this resource here is perfect for you, otherwise in regards to wanting to work with a coach for the first time let me make it as easy as possible straight away.
